The plot of Triolagnìa
Triolagnìa is a show written and directed by Nello Provenzano that tells a love story in three parts, following a relationship with a pinch of extravagance and surrealism. With Valeria Impagliazzo and Gianluca Cangiano as protagonists, the show is divided into three phases: Popcorn, Cuckold (another term for triolagnìa) and Limbo.
A surreal story
The plot develops with Man and Woman meeting in an old cinema, sharing experiences and comparing their shynesses.
As time passes, the couple tries to revive their intimacy by involving a third party, a Bull, in a carefully planned meeting. Finally, mature and stable, they find themselves facing the challenges of everyday life between arguments, love and happiness, highlighting the different aspects of a complex relationship.

Nello Provenzano underlines how Triolagnìa is a meta-theatrical game that exaggerates the characteristics of the protagonists, playing with surreal situations and crazy dialogues.
The author defines the show as an act of bullying towards his characters, highlighting the masks that each of us can wear when dealing with our own shyness and insecurity.
