The Carabinieri of the Casoria radiomobile section arrested Kassoum Balde, a 37-year-old Senegalese, on charges of robbery.

The man entered a tobacconist's in Via Napoli in arzano asking for cigarettes. When the owner refused, he grabbed her by the wrists and violently pulled her. Immediately after, he grabbed a pack of cigarettes and ran away.

The alarm was given to the Carabinieri a few minutes after the incident. The soldiers tracked down the attacker not far from the tobacconist's, in Piazza Cimmino.
Balde was arrested and is now in prison awaiting trial.
