Despite the prohibition to approach and the electronic bracelet, he went from the province of Salerno to Montoro (Avellino) under the house of his ex-girlfriend, intending to confront whoever, in his opinion, had hindered their relationship.
The 40-year-old was however tracked down by the Carabinieri while he was trying to return to his home; blocked, he was taken to the barracks and arrested for violating the prohibition of approaching the injured party. By order of the Avellino Prosecutor's Office, the 40-year-old was held in the security cells awaiting his appearance this morning before the judge for the summary trial.
