A 40-year-old man from Frigento was issued a ban on approaching places frequented by his family members, following yet another episode of mistreatment against his wife and two minor children.

The order, issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Avellino at the request of the Prosecutor's Office, was notified by the Carabinieri after the investigations confirmed domestic violence. The family situation, marked by a climate of constant fear, made it necessary to transfer the wife and two children to a protected facility.
