Biagio Izzo on stage at the Teatro Augusteo with 'The Art of Fraud'
Biagio Izzo brings the brilliant comedy 'L'arte della truffa', written by Toni and Augusto Fornari, to the stage of the Teatro Augusteo. The show, also directed by Augusto Fornari, will be on stage in Naples from May 12 to 19 and then on May 22 and 24 for its national debut.
What the series is about?
The story revolves around the lives of Gianmario and Stefania, who are shocked by the arrival of her brother-in-law, Francesco, a notorious con man. Forced to host him due to his house arrest, Gianmario worries about the consequences on his prestige as an upright businessman. However, a sudden financial problem will lead Gianmario to accept the help and 'arts' of his brother-in-law to save his reputation.
The cast features Carla Ferraro, Roberto Giordano, Ciro Pauciullo, Arduino Speranza and Adele Vitale, with sets by Massimo Comune, lights by Luigi Raia, music by Gruppo SMP and costumes by Federica Calabrese.
