In Casola Peccerillo's list excluded: Rosalba the only candidate

The race for the tricolour sash of Casola di Napoli has undergone a sudden turn. The list of Domenico Peccerillo, “Casola in Positivo”, was excluded from the administrative elections of 8 and 9 June due to alleged anomalies reported to the electoral commission by Alfredo Rosalba, head of the list of “LeAli per Casola”.

Peccerillo has announced his appeal to the TAR, while Alfredo Rosalba, former mayor from 2000 to 2010, remains the only candidate in the field.

Peccerillo claims that the anomaly would be an omission in the stamp placed by the municipal secretary on the lists of candidates and subscribers. He claims the right of the citizens of Casola to choose between two lists.
