Castellabate, for the third consecutive year, is ready to light up its Sundays in May with the now consolidated event “Lungomare Vivo”. The initiative, which has always been a great success, will see the seafront of “Punta dell'Inferno” come alive with a series of events aimed at all age groups, from the youngest to the oldest. The appointment is set and is divided into three dates: 12, 19 and 26 May.
Three Sundays featuring musical entertainment, shows and entertainment for children, craft markets, but also art exhibitions and culinary delicacies from the area. It will all end on May 26 with a show by the famous Neapolitan actor and cabaret artist, Ciro Giustiniani. “Lungomare Vivo” officially opens its doors to summer 2024 in Castellabate, giving citizens and tourists the chance to lose themselves in the beauty of the coastal coastline and the enchanting scenery that only sunsets over the sea can offer. For the occasion, the entire promenade will be completely pedestrian.
"In Castellabate you can already feel the summer air and with "Lungomare Vivo" we are entering into what will be the rich calendar of events that we are preparing for the new season. This event was a bet won by our Administration and, year after year, we want to carry it forward by growing more and more. There is nothing better than letting yourself be carried away by the many proposals that will brighten the Sundays of May in Castellabate, to experience in serenity and fun a seafront full of surprises", claims the Mayor of Castellabate, Marco Rizzo.
"Lungomare Vivo has become a regular event with its Sundays in May. Already in previous editions, we have had very positive feedback both in terms of tourist influx and the benefits brought to the economy of all the hospitality and commercial activities of Castellabate. This year too, we look forward to seeing you in large numbers to enjoy a few hours of relaxation in the company of music, games and much more, just a stone's throw from the sea", says the Councillor for Commerce, Nicoletta Guariglia.
“We are delighted to be able to confirm such a successful event also for 2024. In this way we aim to attract and welcome tourists even in these first beautiful and pleasant days of May. Fun will be guaranteed for both children and adults, also because the program really includes a large number of initiatives that will capture attention”, the Councilor underlines, Clemente Migliorino.
