The grip of the police forces in the municipalities of the province and in the at-risk neighborhoods of Naples shows no signs of abating. Yesterday was a day of checks in Pomigliano D'Arco and Torre Annunziata.
Yesterday, the officers of the Police Station of Torre Annunziata, the Guardia di Finanza operators, with the support of the Campania Crime Prevention Department and the canine units, carried out an extraordinary territorial control service in the municipality of Torre Annunziata.
During the service, the operators identified 231 people, 50 of whom had a police record, one reported for violating the obligations inherent to the preventive measure of special surveillance in force and another reported for refusing to provide information on his personal details, checked 115 vehicles and contested a violation of the Highway Code; 7 people subjected to the measure of house arrest were also checked.
Also today, the agents of the Acerra Police Station, with the collaboration of the Campania Crime Prevention Department, carried out an extraordinary territorial control service in Pomigliano D'Arco.
During the operation, 56 people were identified, 16 of whom had previous police records, 32 vehicles were checked and one violation of the Highway Code was reported.
