But not only that: a real symposium on the theme of natural agriculture, conscious consumption and quality food and wine. Appointments, events, seminars, masterclasses. Among these, the names of Nino Barraco and Armando Castagno stand out, who will open the Festival; Alessandro Marra, Matteo Gallello, Matteo Circella, Diego Sorba, Anna Prandoni, Vittorio Castellani, Emanuele Tartuferi, the Fioi delegation, Marco Ambrosino, Luigi Sarno, Carlo Di Cristo, Stefano Amerighi, Salvo Foti, Fabio Gea, Aldo Viola, Monica Coluccia, Maurizio Paolillo and many others.
The tasting and content section will be flanked by the continuous cooking section, Mario Avallone's project. A bar with over twenty chefs who will take turns in the common preparation of ever-changing dishes. Focus on the wines of Cilento, the anchovies of Cetara, the productions in protected areas, sustainability, a masterclass entitled "Olio Crudo Olio Cotto"; the Parks of taste, a journey through 26 National Parks, the screening of the documentary L'annata, by Andrea Mignolo; the stories of fermentation; the encounter with the places, from Sannio to Molise to Cilento, and much more.
The complete program of the three days can be viewed on the Festival website: teatrodelgusto.net. “This is the third edition of our event, born in Ischia, but the first in the city of Naples – explains Annamaria Punzo, creator of the event -. The three watchwords of the Festival are: natural, traditional, innovative. They are our three compasses for an event that is about proposals, tastings but also about reflection, community, knowledge”.
"The tastings will accompany the events, the flavors will pair with the words. We imagine our festival as a true symposium on quality wine and food: a showcase for producers, a continuous discovery for visitors. We want to open a space of innovation and networking for natural flavors: from the earth, from the roots, to the future. In this sense, arriving after Ischia in the Spanish Quarters, fills our meeting with Naples with further meanings".
