The State Police arrested a 36-year-old Gambian man after catching him in possession of narcotics and cash during an operation in the area of Via Carbonara.
During a normal territorial control service, the police officers of the Police Station Vasto-Arenaccia they noticed an individual handing over a package to another person after receiving money, walking away quickly.
The police immediately stopped the suspect, finding him in possession of 5 packages of marijuana for a total of about 25 grams, a package of hashish of about 4,5 grams and 315 euros in cash. The 36-year-old Gambian, with a criminal record, was arrested for illegal possession of narcotics.
