Among the assets worth 3,5 million euros seized by the Guardia di Finanza of Naples as part of an anti-money laundering investigation by the DDA, which involves the Contini clan, there is also the travel agency “I viaggi di Maria Tedeschi” in via Duomo in Naples obtained through violence, in addition to seven valuable properties.

But in the 150 pages of the precautionary order signed by investigating judge Giovanni De Angelis there are statements from others 17 collaborators of justice.
Deborha Capasso, Di Caprio's wife, arrested together with the accountant, Giulia Nappo, 63 years old, and the policeman Guido Albano, 56 years old (the latter two under house arrest) in a wiretap contained in the investigation documents, reveals to the professional: “Massimo never gets tired of being mean… but then he doesn't want meanness from anyone, even with that boy's travel agency out there… it's normal that it closed, that guy went to threaten him… sorry, that guy is a good guy, that guy works honestly and went to beat him up every now and then…”.
