The Functional Centre of the Civil Protection of the Region has weather alert warning extended for all of Campania, with the exception of alert zones 4 (Alta Irpinia and Sannio) and 7 (Tanagro), until 23.59pm tomorrow, Friday 3 May.
The forecast still indicates the possibility of thunderstorms, with uncertainty and rapidity of evolution, including the risk of lightning, hail and gusts of wind. Particular attention is required attention to hydrogeological risk.
There may be possible flooding, rising river levels, water flowing onto roads, runoff with material transport, rockfall and landslides, due to soil saturation or fragility of the ground.
