Yesterday, officers from the Naples Flying Squad executed a detention order against a 51-year-old Neapolitan woman. The detention order was issued on May 29 by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Treviso Court - Criminal Enforcement Office.
The woman, accused of aggravated fraud and receiving stolen goods, will have to serve a sentence of 5 years, one month and 20 days in prison.
La scammer had committed the crimes in Arezzo and Milan between 2017 and 2018, mainly targeting the elderly, a segment of the population often vulnerable to such deceptions.
