Spanish Quarters:
- BusinessFour commercial activities were inspected, all fined for various infringements.
Diffusion of music without any acoustic impact restrictions.
Illegal occupation of public land.
Diffusion of music not compliant with the noise impact clearance.
Warnings: Warnings issued to two additional businesses for unauthorized music.
Dante Square and Port'Alba:
- Wildlife park: Unauthorized parking was repressed and the pedestrian area was monitored to prevent unauthorized parking and vehicle circulation.
Reports: 18 minutes raised.
Chiaia:
- BarSix premises in the “bars” of Chiaia were checked.
Closures: Two premises closed for seven days and one ceased its catering activity.
Sanctions: A premises fined for lack of noise impact authorization and for lack of administrative authorization.
Drug and alcohol tests: In collaboration with the Highway Police, checks were carried out to combat driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
