The 33-year-old was placed under arrest since the preliminary investigations judge, accepting the arguments of the lawyers, Gandolfo Geraci and Domenico Dello Iacono, considered this measure sufficient to satisfy the precautionary needs.
Frenna had been transferred about a week ago from Pozzuoli prison to that of Secondigliano, where the husband, Antonio Giglio, considered the head of the organization.
