Vincenzo Rispoli, known as the boxer brother of Tina Rispoli, the wife of neo melodic Tony Colombo.

The Court of Appeal of Naples has accepted the request for release from prison presented by his lawyer Carlo Ercolino.

The man was accused of mistreatment in the family. He had been arrested at the beginning of last month after a complaint from his daughter and wife. However, in recent days the woman had withdrawn the complaint, thus opening the possibility of release.
