The investigating judge of Milan, Dr. Stefania Donateo, accepting the arguments of Lawyer Vittorio Fucci, following the preliminary hearing, revoked the precautionary measure of suspension from service of a 30-year-old from Valle Caudina, who performed the functions of a prison officer at the “Cesare Beccaria” prison in Milan.
The 30-year-old is being investigated for sexual assault against a foreign prisoner and for ideological forgery. Before the Review, it is the only sensational measure of revocation of the precautionary measure adopted by the GIP of Milan. As you may remember, the story, from a few days ago, has assumed international importance to the point of reaching the main European TV news programs and newspapers.
The precautionary custody order concerned numerous episodes of torture, sexual violence, injury, mistreatment, omissions and ideological falsehood, against the inmates of the Milanese prison "Cesare Beccaria" by several prison officers in service at the institute. Today the investigating judge, accepting the request of the lawyer Vittorio Fucci, revoked the precautionary measure of suspension from service for the 30-year-old from Caudino, who will be able to immediately return to his work as a prison officer.
