Agerola German arrested: caught stealing a car

The Carabinieri of the Agerola station arrested a 28-year-old of German origins with no fixed abode.

The man was caught stealing a car parked on Via Coppola, leading to a daring chase that led to the town of Furore.

Eventually, the 28-year-old was stopped and arrested. The car was later returned to its rightful owner.

It all began when the Carabinieri of the Agerola station noticed a strange movement on Via Coppola. A man, later identified as a 28-year-old homeless German citizen, was attempting to steal a parked car.

The prompt action of the police prevented the theft from going unnoticed, thus triggering a chase.

The chase spanned the roads connecting Agerola to Furore. The man attempted to evade the police in every way, but the Carabinieri's determination prevailed.

After a daring journey, the 28-year-old's escape was finally stopped in the municipality of Furore, where he was stopped and arrested.

Once completed the chase and after arresting the person responsible, the Carabinieri proceeded to return the car to its rightful owner, who was able to get his vehicle back.
