Agropoli. A 65-year-old teacher has been suspended from teaching for harassing female students at a higher education institute in Agropoli.
The precautionary measure was issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Vallo della Lucania at the request of the Valais Public Prosecutor's Office and notified by the Carabinieri of the Operational Section of the Agropoli Company.
The man is under investigation for stalking. The investigation, launched after the victims' complaints, allowed the Carabinieri to reconstruct the events and gather serious evidence of guilt against the teacher.
Harassment and sexual comments during classes
According to the prosecution, the man allegedly harassed his female students during class, even making sexually explicit comments. His actions created a climate of discomfort and fear among the young women, who found the courage to report the incident.
