In the Forcella and Mercato areas of the city, an extraordinary "High Impact" territorial control operation was carried out, by order of the Committee for Public Order and Security chaired by the Prefect of Naples, Michele di Bari, involving approximately 100 officers from the State Police, the Carabinieri, and the Guardia di Finanza.
The operation led to the identification of several individuals, some of whom were reported for various reasons. During the checks, various quantities of foreign manufactured tobacco without the State Monopoly mark were seized, approximately one kilogram of marijuana and large quantities of counterfeit goods. Numerous sanctions were also applied for violations of the Highway Code.
