The serial rapist of May 8 has been arrested: Simone Borgese, the 39-year-old who in 2015 was arrested and convicted for raping a taxi driver under a viaduct on the Rome-Fiumicino highway, has ended up in handcuffs again. It was the same day.

The modus operandi was very similar to the one used in 2015, when Borgese forced a taxi driver to take him to a countryside area and, threatening her, demanded oral sex.
