Naples. Yesterday evening, the officers of the Vicaria-Mercato Police Station, during a territorial control service in via Alessandro Poerio, noticed a man chasing another man, shouting and asking for help.
The police intervened promptly and ascertained that the pursued subject, a 25-year-old Senegalese with a criminal record, had shortly before harassed the customers of a shop with continuous requests for money.
Asked by the shopkeeper to leave the premises, the criminal snatched the phone from the shopkeeper in an attempt to contact the police.
