Pizza alla Conte is made with buffalo mozzarella, eggplant parmigiana, buffalo stracciata (a tribute to Conte's Apulian origins) and San Marzano tomatoes. The ingredients were chosen based on information found on the internet about the Lecce coach's favourite flavours.
