The Local Police of Arzano, led by Commander Biagio Chiariello, continues its activity of controlling the territory to combat the illegal trade of food products harmful to health.
During a targeted operation, officers seized two cars and reported two people for illegally transporting cafone bread and other food in violation of health and hygiene regulations.
The illegal transporters were fined a total of €10.000 for violating the regional law, and their violations were charged under the Consolidated Health Laws Act, with the crimes reported to the Judicial Authority.
Checks in bakeries and water theft
The control activity continued in some bakeries found irregular in the field of workplace safetyThe owners were reported and fined by the ASL and, following investigations, it emerged that they were stealing water.
The seized goods were not donable
Unfortunately, due to the precarious conditions in which it was found, the seized goods could not be donated and were therefore destroyed.
Today's operation demonstrates the commitment of the Local Police of Arzano in protecting public health and urban decorum, combating the illegal trade of food products and ensuring compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
