The Municipal Administration of Arzano has successfully completed the eviction of nine illegal dwellings that were illegally occupying two building complexes: one municipally owned with 24 apartments and one owned by Acer with 72 apartments.
The intervention, planned within the Provincial Committee for Public Order and Security chaired by Prefect Michele di Bari and carried out with the support of the Police Force, concluded on June 11 with the liberation of the last two apartments.
An operation for legality and the right to housing
The operation had a dual objective: to re-establish legality and to respond to the housing needs of those who have the right to a home. The evicted homes will in fact be assigned to their legitimate owners, according to the single regional ranking.
The commitment of the Municipal Administration
The Municipal Administration of Arzano is committed to combating illegal occupation of properties and to guaranteeing the right to housing to all citizens. The eviction operation represents an important step in this direction and demonstrates the Administration's desire to protect the legality and safety of the territory.
The assignment of the evicted homes to their rightful owners represents a message of hope for those who have long been waiting for a home. The Municipal Administration of Arzano stands by these residents and will continue to work to guarantee them their right to a dignified life.
Information and transparency
The Municipal Administration of Arzano has followed the entire operation with maximum transparency, promptly informing citizens on the progress of the procedures. This commitment to communication is aimed at guaranteeing citizens' trust and strengthening the relationship between the Administration and the community.
