Stalking of neighbor, 46-year-old from Avellino province reported

A 46-year-old from Montemarano, in the province of Avellino, was issued a restraining order prohibiting him from approaching the injured party, a 70-year-old local man, who had reported aggressive and threatening behavior towards him.

The order, requested by the prosecutor, was signed by the investigating judge of the Court of Avellino and executed by the Carabinieri. During the notification of a judicial act, the suspect had damaged the van of his neighbor
