The Carabinieri of the Zungoli station, in the province of Avellino, executed an order implementing the precautionary measure of prohibiting anyone from approaching someone with an electronic bracelet.
The order, issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Benevento at the request of the Sannio Prosecutor's Office, concerns a 30-year-old resident of Zungoli seriously suspected of the crime of persecutors.
According to the investigation, the man had already been warned by the police commissioner. Despite this warning and the victim's express refusal, the 30-year-old continued to harass her with obsessive courtship.
