An analysis of Trovaprezzi.it user searches for air conditioners and fans shows an increase in interest over the last month (May 18-June 17, 2024).
The air conditioners category attracted approximately 328.000 searches (+21% compared to the previous month and +10% compared to the same period in 2023), while fans and air treatment reached 52.000 searches (+30% compared to the period April 18 - May 17, 2024 and +100% compared to the period May 18 - June 17, 2023).
Analyzing the average price in the category on Trovaprezzi.it, a price drop emerges for both types of products, both compared to the previous month and compared to the same period in 2023.

Air conditioners saw a 16% decrease in average price compared to the period April 18 - May 17, 2024, and an 8% decrease compared to the same period the previous year. The same trend was observed for fans, where the average price for the category dropped 13% compared to the previous month and 18% compared to the period May 18 - June 17, 2023.
The users most interested in these products are between 35 and 55 years old (46% of searches for conditioners and 45,5% for fans), while the least interested are the very young people under 25 (7,6% for air conditioners and 7,1% for fans).
Men are more interested in air conditioners (70%) while women are more interested in fans (45%). In general, in Liguria and Campania fans are preferred, while in Sicily, Calabria and Friuli-Venezia Giulia air conditioners are preferred.
