The story of “o' minorenn” on the clash between the Fezza-De Vivo and the Neapolitans for the doses hidden in Pagani
Between November and December 2020, there was a risk of a Wild West-style armed clash between men from the Fezza-De Vivo clan of Pagani and the group of “Neapolitans” led by bosses Domenico Galasso of Sant'Antonio Abate and Rosario Giugliano himself.
The bloodshed was avoided thanks to the diplomatic action of some members of the two clans. The former repentant boss Rosaria Giugliano 'o minorenne tells the story and the background is contained in the pages of the precautionary order of the Court of Salerno that yesterday led to the imprisonment of 23 members of the Pagani and Poggiomarino clans as well as the entrepreneur Stefano Gambardella.
Reason for the clash: the Neapolitans allegedly hid a large quantity of hashish in Pagani without the permission of the local clan.
The Fezza D'Auria Petrosino clan, undisputed masters of all the illicit business in Pagani with their stronghold in the Lamia district, who naturally did not like the situation, organised a clarifying meeting with the "Neapolitans".
But fearing an ambush, they prepare for the summit, all armed with pistols. During the summit, Giuseppe D'Auria gives pistols to the clan members to "protect themselves".
The man from Nocera who had helped the Neapolitans was punished with kidnapping, beatings and extortion. The meeting between the two factions ended without an agreement, but the Nocera native was still extorted for 50.000 euros one-off and 5.000 euros per month.
The armed summit in the historic center of Pagani
The summit was held in the heart of the historic center of Pagani, in via Amendola, an area considered the clan's logistical base. In addition to the pistols distributed by D'Auria, there were also a .38 caliber and a 9,21 found during the investigations.
The accusations against the Nocera native are confirmed by an environmental conversation in which an unidentified man tells Francesco Fezza about the inspection of the Neapolitans in the garages of Pagani.
Rosary Giugliano, “o' minorenn”, confirmed in his statements the kidnapping, the beatings and the extortion suffered by the Nocera native.
