Joint operation by the Prosecutor's Office and the Carabinieri in Capodrise: a completely illegal luxury villa demolished.
Yesterday, demolition operations began on an illegal building in Capodrise, in the province of Caserta. The villa, about 160 square meters on three levels, had been built on land owned by a local woman.
A 2005 provision that has become irrevocable
The demolition order was issued by the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, Marcianise Branch, in 2005 and subsequently became irrevocable.
The investigations, conducted by the Judicial Police Section of the Santa Maria Capua Vetere Public Prosecutor's Office in collaboration with the Carabinieri, had ascertained that the villa had been built illegally.
The owner of the property is married to a well-known local criminal, detained for criminal association aimed at drug trafficking, aggravated by mafia methods.
The demolition operation
The demolition activities began in the presence of the Carabinieri of the local station and the Judicial Police Section of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere.
