Accident in Caposele, a municipality in the province of Avellino, where in the early afternoon a 76-year-old from Lioni, while he was tilling the family land, was hit by the motor hoe that went into reverse.
It is the latest accident in the fields that are occurring these days in the Campania province and that sees elderly people as protagonists. Unfortunately in the last week there have been two deaths and two serious injuries.
The elder, seriously injured in the lower limbs, was transported by 118 helicopter ambulance to the hospital in Avellino. The Carabinieri of the Montella Company and the Fire Brigade were on site.
