Accident in Caposele, a municipality in the province of Avellino, where in the early afternoon a 76-year-old from Lioni, while he was tilling the family land, was hit by the motor hoe that went into reverse.
It is the latest accident in the fields that are occurring these days in the Campania province and that sees elderly people as protagonists. Unfortunately in the last week there have been two deaths and two serious injuries.
The elderly man , seriously injured in his lower limbs, was transported by 118 air ambulance to Avellino hospital. Carabinieri from the Montella Company and the Fire Brigade were on site.
