The new institutional portal has been online for a few days. The new website, accessible from the address https://www.cimiteroarzanocasavatorecasoria.na.it, was created by the IT company PA-Centro, specialized in the development of digital platforms for Public Administrations, in compliance with the AgID (Agency for Digital Italy) regulations on web standards for Public Administrations.
The renewal, that of the institutional site, was strongly desired by the director Sabato Terracciano, by the President of the council Luigi Pappadia and by the entire board of directors represented by the three municipalities.
The new platform, which will be constantly updated and implemented with new features and content over time, is inspired by the principles of transparency, clarity, and navigability. It provides various participation methods, with the primary goal of simplifying citizens' access to essential services, also thanks to a new interface that facilitates user interaction with the services.
It has a new graphic design, cleaner and more compact than the previous one, it is more efficient and intuitive and offers many new features, from telematic services such as PagoPa, to easy-to-consult sections, from institutional information content to those relating to the territory.
“With a refreshed graphic design and enhanced content, the new website was created to increasingly serve citizens, with the ambition of consolidating its position as a point of reference for communication between the institution and the public,” says manager Terracciano.

“What is being brought to light today is only the beginning of a much broader programmatic project that is very close to the heart of our Administration, it is the first brick of an internal revolution within the consortium which will see in a short time finally after many years, the total census of all the burial niches, family chapels, artefacts and congregations present inside the cemetery".
The new institutional website, easier to navigate, finally allows the institution to keep up with the times and adapt to current regulations on transparent administration, making the concept of a “glass house” a reality.
