A 38-year-old man was arrested yesterday by the police in Castellammare di Stabia on charges of aggravated theft and receiving stolen motor vehicles.
The officers of the Castellammare Police Station executed a precautionary custody order under house arrest, issued by the investigating judge of the Torre Annunziata Court at the request of the Oplontina Prosecutor's Office.
The investigations, started following the discovery of some stolen vehicles, led to a check of the 38-year-old, during which burglary tools were found in his possession.
