Officers from the Castellammare di Stabia Police Station made the arrest following an execution warrant issued on May 29 by the Criminal Enforcement Office of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Naples.
The ordinance concerned a 56-year-old resident of Castellammare di Stabia.
The crimes committed
The man was sentenced to serve a sentence of 4 years and 7 days in prison for environmental crimes. The violations of the law were committed in Capri in 2020, thus determining the sentence that led to the arrest.
