The Carabinieri of Castello di Cisterna continue their relentless efforts to combat the retail sale of narcotics. In an operation conducted in recent days, officers arrested Aldo Pezzella, a 45-year-old from San Giovanni a Teduccio, already known to law enforcement.
The man was stopped in via De Curtis, where, following a search, he was found in possession of 14 doses of cocaine and 73 doses of crack. In addition, the carabinieri seized the sum of 280 euros in cash, divided into small denomination banknotes, believed to be the proceeds of the illegal activity. Pezzella was taken to prison and is currently awaiting trial.
