Naples will soon have a new protagonist in the culinary scene: Crazy Pizza, the pizza chain created by Flavio Briatore, is ready to open its doors in the city.
The premises, located in Nazario Sauro Street, next to the Rosolino restaurant, is in an advanced stage of renovation. The windows are already covered with stickers with the characteristic red Crazy Pizza logo, fueling the anticipation for the imminent inauguration.
Although there is no official date yet, work is proceeding at a rapid pace and rumours are that the opening could take place as early as this summer. The venue will be located a few steps away from Fountain of the Giant and Castel dell'Ovo, in a strategic position in the heart of the city.

Crazy Pizza is not just a restaurant, but a real entertainment venue. In addition to enjoying gourmet pizzas, customers can enjoy DJ sets and live shows, a format that has already achieved great success internationally.

A cast of entrepreneurs from Campania
Alongside Flavio Briatore in this new Neapolitan adventure there will be other very successful local entrepreneurs. Among these, Lucio Giordano, owner of the starred restaurant Kings Saints and Lions of Nola and other major brands such as Misaki Sushi Restaurant, Like Mike and Eight More, and the lawyer Raffaele Iervolino.
Controversy over the price of pizzas
Briatore's entry into the restaurant world was accompanied by several controversies, especially for the high cost of the pizzas offered. Pata Negra Ham Pizza, for example, has a price of 68 euros, while the cheaper pizzas, such as the marinara and the margherita, cost 15 and 16 euros respectively. It remains to be seen whether the prices will be different in Naples, given the lower average prices of pizzas in the city.
