Naples. Today was a day of unrepeatable technical investigations in the investigation into the death of 31-year-old researcher Cristina Frazzica, who was hit by a boat while she was kayaking in the waters of Posillipo with a lawyer friend.
Deputy Prosecutor Vincenzo Toscano has ordered a technical investigation into the two cell phones seized yesterday by investigators: the first is that of the suspect, lawyer Guido Furgiuele, owner of the boat that allegedly hit the kayak causing the woman's death.
The second one belongs to Cristina's friend, the Neapolitan lawyer Vincenzo Leone who was with her on the kayak. The investigation will take place late this morning. This was learned from Giesse Risarcimento Danni, the company the victim's family turned to to protect their interests.
Technical experts also appointed by the victim's family
Giesse itself – through its attorney Gianluca Giordano – appointed engineer Gianluca Biocca as its technical consultant.
The aim of the investigators is to try to establish the exact positioning of the people at the moment of impact and also to verify the launch times of the SOS and other messages.
The case of Cristina Frazzica has been in the news in Naples for a week now, both for its tragic nature and because it is the first maritime tragedy of the year in Campania.
