Sexual abuse, Father Livio Graziano: "I claim my innocence"

"I resign myself to the decisions of human justice and claim, as I did during the trial, my innocence with respect to the charges brought against me.", declared Don Livio Graziano shortly before receiving the prison order.

The priest was definitively sentenced to 8 years of prison for sexual abuse of a minor. Attorney Gianpiero De Cicco, who has defended Graziano at various levels of trial over the past three years, made these statements public.

Last Wednesday, the Court of Cassation he closed the matter by recognizing Don Livio Graziano, priest of the diocese of Aversa , guilty of having repeatedly abused a 13-year-old boy, now 15, entrusted to him by his parents in 2021.
