The wild boar emergency in southern Salerno is increasingly serious, with the ungulates continuing to devastate crops and pose a risk to traffic. The mayor of Postiglione, Carmine Cennamo, has sent a letter to the Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty, and Forestry, Francesco Lollobrigida, requesting urgent measures to address the situation.
In the letter, Mayor Cennamo highlighted the need for a specific law to address the emergency caused by the presence of wild boars in the area, which are causing damage to agricultural land and endangering the safety of both residents and motorists. boars it is also spreading to the inhabited centers of the municipalities of Alburni, Alto Medio Sele and Tanagro, creating concerns and inconvenience for the population.
