The Electronic Health Record (EHR) is a fundamental tool for improving the quality and effectiveness of care within the healthcare system.
A tool for the citizen of Campania that contains digital data and documents of a health and social health nature generated following health services received. With the Electronic Health Record, you can therefore consult your medical history and, at the same time, allow its consultation, in safety and in compliance with privacy, by doctors and health workers during the treatment process.
In Campania, you can access your FSE with a few clicks by connecting to the Citizen Health Portal (https://sinfonia.regione.campania.it) or from the Campania in Salute App downloadable from the Stores.
Give consent to the consultation of the FSE to make it visible to your doctor
To make the information in the Health Record accessible and consultable by the healthcare professionals who will be treating the patient (the family doctor, a specialist, in the event of access to the emergency room, etc.), the patient must give consent either through the Sinfonia Portal or the App by accessing the specific "Consent Management" section.

Article 11 of Legislative Decree 34/2020 provides for the automatic feeding of the Health Record Electronic with data and documents relating to healthcare received starting from 19 May 2020. It is possible, however, to oppose the uploading of data and documents relating to healthcare received before 19 May 2020 by next 30 June.
