Cimitile. A 16-year-old from Cimitile has been identified, arrested, and held at the Colli Aminei reception center in Naples. He is accused of being one of the attackers who stabbed a 20-year-old from Tufino in Nola the other night, leaving him near death.
The 16-year-old, who also has a clean criminal record, is charged with attempted murder and illegal possession of a weapon. He was arrested by Carabinieri officers from the Nola branch, acting on orders from the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Naples Juvenile Court.
The investigations, which began following a report to the emergency number 112 that arrived on Sunday evening, allowed the suspect to be identified as having stabbed a 20-year-old clean criminal record from Tufino.
This morning he will be questioned by the magistrate of the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office of Naples
This morning the minor, in front of the magistrate of the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office and in the company of his lawyer, will be subjected to a validation interrogation during which he will have to explain what happened and why the murderous fury was unleashed on the 20-year-old from Tufino who is still hospitalized in serious conditions on Sunday night.
