Yesterday morning, an off-duty officer from the Frattamaggiore police station heard a woman screaming and saw a man riding a scooter. The man threatened her and then kicked and punched her, knocking her unconscious.
The attacker then quickly fled the scene. The officer, after helping the woman, immediately contacted the Operations Room.
A few minutes later, officers from the local police station intervened and tracked down the attacker on Via II Traversa Giolitti, where they stopped him.
