Pozzuoli. A fire broke out yesterday evening on the ground floor of a building used for production activities in Pozzuoli, in the 4th crossroads of via Pisciarelli.
Firefighters, State Police, and Pozzuoli Municipal Police responded quickly to extinguish the flames. As a precaution, eight families residing in the building were evacuated to allow for safe extinguishing and cleanup operations.
At the end of the operations shutdown, with the support of the technical office of the Municipality of Pozzuoli, a static assessment of the building was carried out to evaluate the possibility of residents returning to their homes.
The Prefect of Naples, Michele di Bari, closely followed the extinguishing operations.
