Naples. He said he did not notice anything and that no one on board the boat heard or saw anything.

For this reason, after the kayak hit the waters off Posillipo, he continued to sail straight ahead. However, and this is the crux of the investigation, he later turned back to rescue the survivor.

Why? Who alerted him? Did he perhaps see something? These are the points still to be clarified in the investigation that yesterday involved a Neapolitan lawyer, Guido Furgiuele, son of Alfonso, a well-known criminal lawyer, and owner of the vessel, an 18-meter Vega.

Guido Furgiuele is under investigation for murder and failure to provide assistance. Yesterday he was questioned by the prosecutors who are dealing with the death of Cristina Frazzica, the girl originally from Taurianova in Calabria but who has lived in Voghera for years and who was in Naples for an internship.

Furgiuele's vessel is under seizure, and investigators, along with an expert, are reconstructing the precise dynamics of what happened using the marks left by the impact.

Il young lawyer yesterday afternoon in the space of a few hours he went from the role of rescuer to prime suspect, from providential help to suspect.

Guido Furgiuele explained that none of those on the boat (there were six of them) noticed the accident. They will all be questioned. Meanwhile, Port Authority officials are continuing their investigations into the other two similar vessels, which were seized yesterday.

There are many points to clarify such as the distance from the coast by the kayak with Cristina Frazzica and the young lawyer Vincenzo Leone on board. But this cannot be a fault for those who go out to sea for a walk and enjoy the gulf and be overwhelmed by those who drive boats inattentively.
