Upon their arrival, the police found a man in an evidently altered state of mind and body, brandishing two wooden clubs. Not far away, another person had a wound to the shoulder.
After requesting the intervention of the medical personnel, the officers, with the support of the Carabinieri of Giugliano in Campania, disarmed the man and, not without difficulty and after a struggle, blocked him.
The man, identified as a 30-year-old Nigerian, was arrested for violence and resisting a public official.
