The Juvenile Prosecutor's Office of Naples, based on the investigations of the State Police, has issued restrictive measures against two of the five adolescents investigated, between the ages of 13 and 16. The two boys will have to:
Return home by 22pm every day
Don't use social networks
Use your cell phone only under strict parental supervision
Carry out voluntary work for people with disabilities
The precautionary measures were ordered to protect the victim and to prevent the crimes from being repeated. The two minors will also have to follow a rehabilitation program with experts.
The episode is unfortunately yet another case of Bullying that affects people with disabilities. It is important to raise awareness in the community on this issue and promote a culture of respect and inclusion. Law enforcement and the judiciary will continue to monitor to protect the most vulnerable minors.
