Greek's tower. "Murderer, you must die", these are the only words that the husband of Adalgisa Leg pronounced upon reading the acquittal sentence of the woman deemed "incapable of understanding and willing" when the evening of January 2, 2022 on the beach of Torre del Greco killed his two-and-a-half-year-old son Francesco.
However, the woman will not be released but will remain 15 years in a care facility on probation. This was established by the judges of the First Section of the Naples Assize Court, in the acquittal of Adalgisa Gamba.
The reasons for the sentence within 90 days. "It was a particularly difficult trial, both professionally and personally, but justice has finally been served. Gisa was acquitted because she is a sick person. Now, step by step, we must help her return to normalcy." said after the verdict the lawyer Salvatore Del Giudice, legal representative of Adalgisa Leg.
The woman's husband had already declared on March 15th during his deposition in court: "She didn't have the courage to abort, and she killed him afterwards... she is a devil, a monster, who deceived me, my son, and even the experts."
