Six new members representing Oaktree have joined Inter's Board of Directors. The Nerazzurri announced the addition ahead of the upcoming shareholder meeting. Joining the confirmed members Marotta and Antonello, as well as independent members Marchetti and Carassai, are Alejandro Cano (Managing Director and Co-Head of Europe for Oaktree's Global Opportunities strategy), Katherine Ralph (Managing Director of Oaktree's Global Opportunities strategy), Renato Meduri (Senior Vice President of Oaktree's Global Opportunities strategy), Carlo Ligori (Associate for Oaktree's Global Opportunities strategy), Delphine Nannan (Senior Vice President of Oaktree's Luxembourg office), and Fausto Zanetton (CEO of Tifosy Capital & Advisory).
The new Board brings together expertise from across Italy and Europe, including the Oaktree team that has worked with the Club since 2021. The new Board members will provide essential experience and expertise to achieve the Club's long-term goals and ensure Inter's prosperity, growth, and success., concludes the Nerazzurri club.
