Naples. Mattia Zambrano, the 24-year-old found in possession of drugs while under house arrest, was held in prison for just over 24 hours.
This morning at the validation hearing before the investigating judge of the Naples court, his trusted lawyer, Bruno Cervone, managed to contest the possession of the drugs found in the house by the carabinieri and obtained for his client house arrest again with the electronic bracelet.
In the day Mattia Zambrano he left prison and returned home where he will continue to be monitored by the police as they did the other day when the carabinieri found on him five blocks of hashish weighing a total of 61 grams, a bag containing 18 grams of marijuana, a precision scale and various materials for packaging narcotic substances.
The drugs were hidden in a bag secured with a magnet to the metal upright at the top of the closet.
