The African anticyclone Minos has arrived, bringing high pressure to central and southern Italy after the rapid passage of moderate instability in recent days.
From today until the end of the month at least in southern Italy the temperatures will be constantly increasing with peaks of up to 40 degrees in Sicily already in this month of June. Which suggests a very hot summer.
In Naples and Campania, today some light rain in the internal areas, but mainly temperatures around 30 degrees.
From tomorrow they will increase with a prevalence of sun for two weeks. The highs will start to rise more consistently on this day in mid-June but the blaze that will arrive from Monday with theAfrican anticyclone Minos.

Clear skies and high pressure will raise the temperature of Italian weather. On Monday, temperatures of 35°C are expected in Puglia and Sicily, 33°C in Campania and Basilicata.
